Asus aura not opening1/22/2024 ![]() I struggled to find a reason it wouldn’t come up so tried all the usual uninstalling/ reinstalling, trying with + without a cable, different USB ports / reboots etc. ![]() Sorry to jump on this post but thought I’d comment as this thread kept coming up when I was googling for solutions to my keyboard / aura creator issue.īasically my device (ROG falchion NX) would show up in armoury crate however whenever I switched to aura creator it would say no available devices. Also, if you want to remove Geforce Experience, go here. You can simply go to settings>Apps>the RGB software name>uninstall Or, Control Panel>Uninstall a program>the other RGB Syncing apps. after that install ROG Aura Core from Win Store. To make sure that Asus Aura sync work properly you will have to uninstall the other RGB Lighting apps. decided to do a fresh install and install this program. I decided to troubleshoot this so I wouldn't have to manually turn the lights back on reboot, full shutdown.Īfter several re-installations, of various versions of Aura, I now get "aura sync doesn't exist" or "please connect compatible device" or "light service not available".basically all the errors that are reported online. I initially got it working, somewhat, but had to open Aura (latest version) each time after reboot, turn off/on lighting, to get it to show my colours on all RGB devices. RGB on motherboard, GPU and 5 phantek RGB halos as well as 2 phantek RGB strips all connected in series to the motherboard RGB 12v header. I posted this on ROG STRIX forums but thought I'd try here as well. STRIX x570 gaming-e wifi motherboard with ryzen 3700x and strix 1080ti (anything connected via iCUE works fine, keyboard, mouse, corsair logo on cpu cooler)
